10 Years Anniversary Celebration

Client

Tricon, established in 2008, is an industry leader in the global trade and distribution markets. Structured in Mumbai and led by Mr. Amit Bansal, the team grew from strength to strength within a decade. By 2018 Tricon India had a firm ground in Mumbai with spacious office space, the strength of over 200+ employees, a well-organized hierarchy, and a glorious reputation.

Brief

Tricon India wanted a grand celebration, clubbing their annual Diwali party with the 10th anniversary. To make this event more memorable, the organization decided to invite the employees’ families too. With the HO team from the US expected, the celebration had to be premier to meet their expectations.

Our Approach

We conceptualized a theme — Every Hand Counts. Utilizing the hand as a constant element representing a Tricon employee, we created customized collaterals for the event, such as a logo, invites, and so on. Also, the event’s activities aligned with the theme. An important part of this event was a video, conceptualized and shot by us, featuring bytes of the organization’s core team members, sharing their views on the 10th anniversary.

The D-Day

We organized the event space into two segments. The pre-function area had employees signing the grand 10 years trophy, posting congratulatory messages on a pre-printed hand cut out pasted on the photo wall and interacting with other elements, to usher excitement in the event. 

The grand opening of the event happened with an emotional Ganesh Vandana choreographed by renowned Rohan N Group that also performed a couple of more filler dance acts. Our entertaining host Mr. Mohit Jadhwani kept the tempo high with his delightful talks. In the main event area, we planned a puzzle wall activity wherein every table had puzzle blocks with instructions for the team sitting on the table to place them on a blank wall. The activity revealed photos of every team member of Tricon India on a global map. We also organized a DJ who rocked the afterparty with popping Bollywood numbers.

Conclusion

This event turned out to be the biggest celebration of Tricon India, leaving everyone feeling warm, special and mesmerized. The meticulous planning and flawless execution were highly appreciated and talked about within the industry even after a week, being the cherry on the cake.
