The organisation explores diversification into power distribution and other customer-focused energy businesses โ conventional energy, solar energy, wind energy and power transmission. Recently, the organisation underwent a brand identity transformation. To make this process seamless for every employee, the organisation arranged several activities. They roped us in this process to creatively communicate this transformation to the employees.
Brief
With the new brand identity in place, the company set a vision for the next decade. To ensure that every employee is aligned with the new vision, the HR team created a G.R.O.W. model for operational excellence.

One of the companyโs core values is operational excellence. The HR team always makes sure to achieve this goal in the most creative and unique ways. The organisation needed our expertise for a comic strip project that had to convey the G.R.O.W. model. They required customised comic strips and shared the scripts with us.
Our Approach
Step 1
Our creative artist designed all characters and took approval from the client.
Step 2
The artist created black and white sketches of each set-up. This was followed by coloured sketches after receiving approval from the client.
Step 3
The artist ensured that character identity is maintained throughout the script and that every expression looks as expected. The project timelines were tight, and we had to complete it within a month.
Step 4
After receiving all sketches from the artist, we inserted them in separate Powerpoint decks and inserted text bubbles. Each Powerpoint deck had to look in sync with the others. By paying minute attention to detail, we completed and handed over the Powerpoint decks to the client on time.
Conclusion
This project demanded creative thinking and immense patience. The Apraava Energy leadership team was delighted to see the outcome and appreciated the aceful design and smooth management of the project.
