Shakti Conclave is a two day conference wherein renowned doctors from the field of Women Heart Health and Diseases come on a single platform to discuss the new trends and also educate the aspiring doctors by providing an open knowledge sharing platform.

Lupin Limited is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company and is one of the largest generic pharmaceutical companies by revenue globally. The company's key focus areas include paediatrics, cardiovascular, anti-infectives, diabetology, asthma and anti-tuberculosis. Lupin firmly believes that managing cardiovascular diseases is just half the part; effectively preventing these conditions and reversing their progression forms the other half. Hence their efforts are more holistic โ€“ spreading awareness about the disease and prevention strategies while offering disease management medicines and HCP support.

Event Brief

Shakti Conclave is a two day conference wherein renowned doctors from the field of Women Heart Health and Diseases come on a single platform to discuss the new trends and also educate the aspiring doctors by providing an open knowledge sharing platform. The event has multiple panel discussions along with some engagement for the doctors. We were asked to create a complete experience for the doctors right from invite to the event execution. The event was planned in Bangalore with an expected attendance of 250+ doctors.


Step 1

We understood the event requirements and doctor profiles to design a customised experience and also make their experience better than the last year. MC Mary Kom and Mandira Bedi were to grace the occasion to be a part of the panel discussion and share their thought about women health and well-being. We started working on the design collaterals and also worked on engagement and some entertainment for the doctors. First draft was created and presented to the client for their feedback.

Step 2

With multiple rounds of discussion, we freeze on the designs and renders and also discussed the same with hotel to keep them aligned. Being an event with more female doctors participation we chose Kanya Band from Bangalore for the evening gala dinner.

Step 3

Stationary inputs were printed, all materials were packed, vendors were aligned, and our team reached a day prior to ensure we meet the hotel, client and have one final round of discussion. Kits were packed a night prior and registration team was briefed to ensure smooth registrations. The production team ensured the set-up was delivered well on time to get into dry run.

Step 4

Early in the morning on the event day we had dry run along with the client, band dry run and to ensure lesser delay in starting the band after the event we created platform on wheels for drummer so that once the conference concludes band can start in not less than 15 mins & sure it was achieved.

Step 5

We had a 360 Degree booth in pre-function area along with croma backdrop for quick bytes. The event started well on time and all sessions were managed off well. The celebrity panel discussion went on smoothly. Overall, the event saw a good footfall and response from the doctors.

Conclusion

A clientโ€™s trust is a must to be able to live up to the mark. We had a wonderful team working for this event with everyone aligned to the brief. Together we were successful in putting up a great experience for the cardiologists.
