Brief

The RoundGlass Wellbeing Festival was scheduled to be held at Bangalore Club on  from , to be attended by over 500+ guests. This event was designed to:

• Enable a movement towards holistic wellbeing.

• Offer a unique, immersive and exclusive experience with an influential community, global wellness artists amidst soulful musical performance by Grammy award winner, Ricky Kej.

• Communicate boldly the company’s dictum of LIVE, LEARN, GIVE, and SUSTAIN.

Our Approach

This event was one of its kind. It needed to look grand and imposing with a minimal carbon footprint.

Step 1: Brainstorming sessions

These pre-event discussions enabled us to create a framework for the event, giving a solid and transparent vision of the festival.

Step 2: Execution

We adopted non-recyclable materials to ensure a minimum carbon footprint. We sourced reliable and efficient materials, liaised with appropriate vendors and took timely approvals from the client.

The D-day

Finally, the day of the event dawned. RoundGlass had collaborated with multiple agencies to execute this event successfully. They had bifurcated responsibilities according to expertise, experience and competence. For instance, the organization had appointed an agency only to calculate the carbon footprint. As the sun set, the evening came to life with our charming décor and set-up. Nearly every guest complimented RoundGlass for imposing an amiable and fitting ambience.

The event had the who’s who from the universe of Indian celebrities. We invited many respectable names from different professions to grace this event. Cyrus Broacha regaled the audience with his charming wit. DJ Aqeel lent an exciting vibe to the event. Sushmita Sen, Pooja Bedi, Rageshwari enthralled the audience with their anecdotes, experiences and rich thoughts on wellness. On our end, we even managed the itineraries of all the dignitaries, down to the basic details. The event offered several attractions, such as community interactions, photo sessions, live music, sumptuous food, soul-stirring speeches, and vibrant stand-up comedy.
