Aurum Ventures is a respectable name in the real estate industry. Established in 1999 by Mr. Ashish Deora, it is the holding company of Aurum Group that has multiple special-purpose subsidiaries operating under it. Headquartered in Mumbai, this enterprise focuses on commercial & residential real estate, lifestyle retail, mineral exploration, optic fibre, telecom, aviation, and renewable energy.

Brief

On the occasion of completing one of its highly prestigious commercial projects, Aurum Ventures wanted to invite its clients and prospective buyers to an evening of cocktails and conversations. The lounge deck on their premises was slated to be the event’s venue. They entrusted us with the responsibility of preparing for the event’s theme and managing it.

Our Approach

We coined the theme Wine, Cheese and Conversations. We designed simple and elegant invites that blended with the theme of the event. Additionally, we created ancillary design collaterals to add to the event’s vibrancy.

The D-Day

On the day of the event, we engaged a reputable floral artist for exquisite floral arrangements to add up to the décor. We appointed a host, a harpist and a flautist to play soft instrumental music. To spark the event further, we organised a molecular bar set-up with a variety of wines, mocktails and cheese. After completing the meeting room discussion, all the invitees joined in for the Wine, Cheese and Conversations evening. Our photographer captured these candid moments, turning them into everlasting memories. To match up to his efforts, our cinematographer helped turn this enthralling experience into a showcase.

Conclusion

The event’s execution went beyond expectations, leaving one and all highly impressed. We not only enabled Aurum Ventures to plan their event well but cemented their reputation further with meticulous planning and impeccable arrangements.
